Our Office Managers lead all non-treatment related initiatives and efforts in their practice to allow Dentist Practitioners to focus entirely on our patients welfare. For our Office Managers, everything in the practice is their responsibility: ensuring each patient's rave-worthy experience, leading the staff and managing their needs and schedule, maintaining high levels of operational efficiency, and directing the overall financial profitability of the practice.
Office Managers must feel a sense of ownership of their office, proactively and constantly finding and driving improvement in operational, financial, and patient experience areas. With their Dentist Practitioners, Office Managers should embody our key values. Great Office Managers are excellent, proactive coaches, teachers, and motivators, helping their team to individually and collectively excel. Strong people skills are critical in building and maintaining quality, collaborative relationships with their Dentist Practitioners and their team of Dental Assistants and Patient Relations Coordinators. Office Managers take pride in the development and success of their individual team members and in their entire team. Given the breadth of responsibility, Office Managers are given access to Oak Lane Dental's tool kits, handbooks, and material as well as other important resources.
